The size of Table Base Letters we made is 30″ tall by 15″ deep or 8″ deep. The width will depend on the detailed letters ordered. All of the Wholesale Foam Letters will be cut specifically with a flat bottom and top to stand and hold a flat tabletop. Some letters, such as J, P, and F, may need additional support to stand.
We use a special hot wire machine guided by a computer to custom cut PVC to produce a smooth and great-looking Foam Letter Table. High-density foam is a great material to create thick and lightweight decorations for any special event. You can buy your own tabletop in your local place because the glass top is easily broken during shipping.

Giant table letters add novel decoration to special events like weddings and baby showers.
We use a special hot wire machine guided by a computer to custom cut 3lb polystyrene to produce smooth and great-looking foam letters for tables. High-density PVC is a great material to create thick and lightweight decorations for any special event. Our large table letters will have slight impurities and pockmarks, but not as noticeable as less dense foam letters found elsewhere.
We size the letters to 28″ tall by 12″ deep. The width will depend on the letters ordered. All of the foam table letters will be cut specifically with a flat bottom and top to stand and hold a flat tabletop. Some letters, such as J, P, and F, may need additional support to stand.
You can provide your own tabletop or add a clear polycarbonate tabletop to your order. We will size the tabletop to the width of your lettering and 18″ deep. The 1/4″ thick clear polycarbonate is impact-resistant, but will scratch easily so handle with care.
We recommend finishing the letters with regular latex paint. Harsh solvents in spray paint will deteriorate foam. double-sided mounting tape to secure the lightweight letters to the surface. Letters will have pockmarks and impurities.

Creation Process for Large Table Letters
Our internal steps for creating large letters are:
- If available, we like to receive an Ai file (drawing file) from our customer. Many times we will design the file with our team of designers based on requirements from the customer. If letters need to be stand-alone or attached to a base, then some design work is required.
- The next step depends on the type of technologies required. Most of the time we create letters with PVC, so the next step would be to upload the file to the computers connected to our CNC hot wire PVC cutting equipment, and then each letter shape is cut and then placed into production. If creating extremely large letters, we may need to glue multiple blocks of PVC together.
- Letters may be attached or connected to other materials for specific desired looks.
- Individual letters are prepared for finish work. They may be glued, sanded, primed, painted, airbrushed, etc. depending on customer requirements. We may need to spray on a protective plastic coating depending on the required durability and weather resistance.
- If the letters need to be attached to a structure or stand, we then do the necessary work to finish off the project.
- Letters are prepared for shipping by either being wrapped/packaged in foam or special shipping containers.
